Started Freelancing
Began the journey as a freelance web developer, working with international clients while building skills in web development and business systems.
Technology speaker, AI trainer, and entrepreneur based in Sargodha, Pakistan.
Since 2018, Mujahid Farooq has been building a career at the intersection of software, AI, and community. What started as a freelance journey has grown into something much larger — a technology agency, a thriving community, and a platform for sharing practical knowledge with audiences across Pakistan.
As Founder & CEO of Softileo, he leads a team of 10+ professionals delivering web development, AI automation, and infrastructure projects for clients worldwide. But his work doesn't stop at code. In parallel, he founded FLCS — Freelancers Community Sargodha, helping shape one of the region's most active tech and freelancing communities.
Today, Mujahid shares the same hard-earned, practical experience on stage — keynoting at conferences, training corporate teams on AI adoption, and speaking at universities across Pakistan. His sessions are grounded in what he actually practices at Softileo, not textbook theory.

I believe that technology — especially AI — should be accessible and practical. My mission is to help individuals and organizations in Pakistan understand what's possible, and then actually show them how to make it work.
